Building Services
We are open for business Monday – Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, holidays excluded. Our Service Desk can be contacted by:
For service requests or general information, our Service representatives would be happy to assist you during business hours. After business hours, the Service Desk telephone line is forwarded to our 24/7 Security Desk located in the main lobby of the office tower, at 155 Wellington St. West, which is staffed with knowledgeable Security Personnel.
What is a Service Request?
Any maintenance related item, such as:
- A light burnt out
- Office temperature too hot/too cold
- Special cleaning requests (additional emptying of garbage or recycling bins)
- Washroom supplies replenishment
- Water leaks
Most service requests are included as part of normal rent, but some requests may be billable. In these cases, tenant authorization is required in advance of the work being completed.
We endeavour to complete all service requests in a timely manner. If we are not able to complete your service request on the same day, we will provide you with an estimated date of completion.
What Other Maintenance Services are Offered?
We are pleased to arrange specialized contract services such as:
- Painting
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical

Who We Are
We want your experience at RBC Centre to be a memorable one. Many Building Services are available for your convenience and enjoyment, including:
- Security Personnel are posted in the main lobby of the Office Tower available for helpful assistance 24/7.
- Lost and Found for any articles missing or recovered through our Security Department
- Annual fire drills to ensure emergency preparedness
- A trained Emergency Response Team to respond to medical and other urgent situations, including a defibrillator for those situations where immediate medical attention is required
- 24-hour parking facilities for tenants and visitors to the building
- Bicycle racks located on the exterior of building.
- After hours Security escorts to your vehicle in the parking garage
