Positioned for the Future
In a city populated by quality office properties, with some clearly in the exceptional category, the recently completed RBC Centre stands apart. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the international architectural firm celebrated for its ability to blend high design with sustainable performance, the RBC Centre is one of the first of a new generation of office towers to be designed and constructed to LEED NC Gold standards.
To achieve LEED certification for New Construction is a rigorous process. Every step of the design, construction and project management processes, as well as ongoing operational procedures, must meet the highest of standards as established by the U.S. Green Building Council, an internationally recognized independant organization.
In the case of the RBC Centre, the results are spectacular. From the floor to ceiling glass on every floor to the high performance, sustainable building systems to the quality and quantity of the fresh air throughout the complex, no detail has been overlooked. It is a building designed to meet not only the performance priorities of the modern organization but also the sustainable realities of an increasingly interconnected world.
RBC Centre. A new standard.
